What Do A Rolls-Royce Ghost And BMW 5-Series Have In Common? More Than You'd Think!
Apparently the BMW 5-Series and Rolls-Royce Ghost have a lot in common. Take, for example, the latest recall including both products.

Though there is separate documentation reporting a recall for Rolls-Royce and BMW, the issue remains the same. A circuit board for the electric, auxiliary water pump can possibly overheat and lead to a smoldering of a pump, engine compartment or vehicle fire.

Obviously, that's not good news.

Reports have said that 69 2011 Rolls-Royce Ghosts and over 2,800 BMW 2011 5-Series, 5-Series Gran Turismos, 2012 6-Series Convertibles, 2012 7-Series, 2012 X5s and 2012 X6s with V8s and V12s have been recalled.

As expected, the pumps will be replaced at no cost to owners.

Be safe out there, Spies!

Yes, they also have four wheels, four doors, a windshield, some metal, glass, wood, carpeting, exhaust, leather, need I say more? lol

This is the most non-sense title. They are owned by the same company, of course they will use some parts in common...

What a cute, cheeky, fun headline for such a serious issue. BMWSpies strikes again.
