When Solyndra went bust, Obama blinked and froze the DE part. So Fisker fired the DE workers, raised private money, and said, ok, which would you rather do? Restore the loan and take the Fox "green boondoggle" crap, or have the jobs in Biden's district? If you don't do the latter, we're taking bids from other locations for the second production line.
