VIDEO: AWESOME or AWFUL - A Ford F150 Goes Trackin'
The one thing I love about these AWESOME or AWFUL series of stories is that it really brings some unique and interesting elements of the car culture forward.

Take, for example, the latest feature Track 'N Go. Though I wouldn't know much about this -- living in the New York Tri-State region -- folks in serious snow belts have been known to equip their vehicles with tracks to help navigate the deep snow.

I am certainly not an expert in the field, nor am I a truck kinda guy, but the set ups I have seen seem to require a lot of modification for it to work. Well, it appears some gentlemen got together to solve this problem in an easier fashion.

It looks like all you do is literally drive your truck onto these tracks, the tires fit in, and blam-o(!) you set off for a deep snow excursion.

Why didn't someone think of this before?

Anyway, enough of my fascination.

What say you, Spies? Is this new invention of easy-to-install tracks AWESOME or AWFUL?

My only wonder is how many people actually put their vehicles on tracks?

And now that it appears so easy, will more folks in snow belts be putting they're vehicles on tracks?

I believe that's a F250 (F150 doesn't have side vents like that)
