Audi's S6 May Have Just BEATEN BMW's 5-Series As The MOST Gorgeous Wagon In The World - What Say You?

Emerging from abroad are images of the all-new Audi S6. We've already been pretty sold on the 2012 A6, so we can't even fathom how much better the S version must be.

Now that Audi is focusing on providing its vehicles with better feedback and reducing their heft, its products are profoundly different -- in a MUCH better way.

But what has me drawn to the S6 Avant are its looks. This vehicle just seems to balance sportiness, refinement all the while not overdoing it. In a day an age where everyone wants their vehicle to STAND OUT, this is an accomplishment.

When I first got a look at the new BMW 5-Series Touring, which we do not receive in the U.S., I was overwhelmed with its beauty; however, this Audi S6 Avant is off the charts.

And don't even get me started on its interior with the diamond-stitch pattern...

That said, in the clash of the wagons WHICH German wagon reigns supreme?

Audi, really? It looks good but the best, uh no. The F11 5 Series Touring is sweet and in Alpina form is the best and of course is not available in the NA Market. GM's CTS-V? Still has pushrod in a wagon in 2012, c'mon man.

They are both handsome sedans. I just wish Audi would differentiate the look of their various models. They all look too much alike.
