Shouldn't The Feds Make Eating While Driving Illegal As Well?

An Ottawa man faces an almost $500 fine and a careless driving charge for driving while eating rotisserie chicken in a large white bowl on his lap.

Ontario Provincial Police say the man, 58, passed an unmarked police vehicle on Highway 417 eastbound just after 6 p.m. Tuesday.

The officer reported the man was driving with his knees and grabbing the wheel occasionally while eating chicken.

The craziest thing I've seen this week was a lady driving past me on a Florida highway with a cigarette in one hand - which she had hanging out the window, and her cell phone in the other hand - which was held up to her ear. I hope she has more than two hands because she didn't seem to have any way of controlling the vehicle if she had a blow-out or other emergency situation.

Other things I've seen on the highway while driving include:
- many women applying lipstick or eyeliner
- guy eating ice-cream from a tub and talking on the phone
and my favorite idiot:
the guy on the Kennedy expressway outside Chicago that I saw who was giving himself a WET-SHAVE while driving
