God, I feel a lot like Paul Revere when he did his patriotic duty to let everyone know that the British were coming!

The 918 is coming! The 918 is coming!

Following the illustrious Carrera GT is certainly not an easy task; however, Porsche really wowed us when it debuted the 918. While it is a clear cut step in a new direction for the German marque, it still has the ability to look uniquely like a Porsche.

I highly suggest that you all head over to Auto Motor Und Sport and check out its collection of high-res spy images. There is something VERY special about this upcoming supercar.

Just looking at its shape gives me goosebumps! From where I sit, I think this is going to be the most evocative-looking Porsche yet.

BUT, let me throw you from a loop.

The last time we saw the 918 was at the 2011 Detroit Auto Show in form of the 918 RSR.

Can YOU spot any significant differences or changes that have appeared on the development car?

Let us know in the comments below...

I guess this is going to be Boring sports car as well since Agent00R said so referring to return of the Toyota Supra? Yeah I am calling you Out on this one agent00R.

See a hybrid sports car can fun and exciting as well (Porsche is proofing it.) I can't wait to hear it exhaust note and see comparison test. Nice job Porsche.

For starters there will be some Lawsuits in the USA when some idiot places their hand on the {Position changed from Concept} Hot Exhaust tips and gets a serious toasting.

I also hope that rear wing is for testing only and that the final vehicle has a motorized one that deploys on demand.

I believe the rear wing is already motorized. Look at indentations carved into the top of the taillight for the wing to rest in when it is not deployed.

They changed the pricing and the car will slot in below the Boxster?
