What Are The Top THREE Cars You Can't Wait Until They Are USED And In YOUR Price Range?

What Are The Top THREE Cars You Can't Wait Until They Are USED And In YOUR Price Range?
In the automotive world, it works very simply.

You either have the coin for your set of wheels or you don't. Sure, you an lock in some financing, but ultimately cash is king. The more you have, the better off you are.

However, with the economy still limping as it tries to get on its feet, going out and snapping up your favorite vehicle isn't the wisest fiscal decision.

That said, many folks are waiting for prices to drop before making their move.

Taking that element into consideration, what are the top THREE rides you have on YOUR mind and you're waiting for to come DOWN in price?

This could only be hearsay, but I heard 001 has his heart set on an Audi R8 once it brakes a certain price barrier.

What say you?

With dealers finally discounting R8's, I decided to try it vs. a Porsche 991 (which would have been my 18th Porsche, 10th 911). I found the 991 boring with respect to looks, and it doesn't feel like a 911 anymore. Picked up a new 2011 R8 V10 spyder leftover with manual transmission for a little over $150K. The car is so awesome, that I might just have to change my screen name.

You got a nice car there. You can rent it for about 1100-1200 bucks a day too and have it pay for itself. You only need it out about 3-4 times a month too. It will pay for itself in 3-4 years. Course that's what I would do if I had a car like that. Turn it into an asset instead of a liability.

What Nonsense.

I will never, repeat NEVER rent out a high performance vehicle.

Hell i would not rent out ANY vehicle i own.

Renters have no respect for the vehicles they are renting, they have no emotional connection to the vehicle they are driving save for the security deposit they put down.

I've seen renters not slowing down for speed humps, doing burnouts plus a whole bunch of other stupid things they would not do to a vehicle if they paid over $150k for it.

I drive very fast, that means i take very good care of my vehicles so there is less chance the vehicle breaks and kills me while i am driving fast.

If you rent that vehicle out then there is no way to know how the vehicle is treated when it it out of your sight.
