Mustang Boss in the works

MT also reveals that the Boss Mustang will get the Shelby GT500's complete suspension set up and that the interior will be stripped out to reduce weight. It sounds like the Boss Mustang will be a great pony car to purchase before the muscle cars are renewed in a few years. It'll likely be as light as a V6 Mustang, more powerful than a GT, and less expensive than a Shelby GT500.

Based on the "Autoblog" article - why does need to offer stripped-down models? I understand the need to decrease weight, but at this point, a quality interior and more power would be appreciated by the struggling company.

--- Or how about Ford just make the Mustang smaller. It's too big already and needs to be shorter (height & length-wise) and sit much lower.

that is just ugly. I have never been a mustang fan, but the current generation takes the cake as the ugliest one yet.
