This should be punishable by death by the Scaglietti with studded tires slowly running the perp. over and over and over... Then soaking him with gas and setting him on fire, and then washing the ashes in the nearby sewer.

If the attacker was doing this to highlight the waste of resources from such "excess" cars, then I don't have much of an issue. There is no difference between this and sabotaging a Nazi death camp or refusing to ride in the back of a bus if you were a negro.

It's not a very good car anyway. 15 mpg on the highway? Shameful.
