RICE OR NICE? Toyota Releases GT 86 Aerodynamic Package Down Under
Toyota has announced that the GT 86 sports car has received a new aerodynamic package, developed by the Japanese based automaker.
Right after the accessories for the Toyota GT 86 have been introduced in Germany earlier this month, the Asian sports car is once again highlighted, this time with the car manufacturer announcing a new aerodynamic body kit for the model. Future owners of the Toyota GT 86 can now order the Japanese sports car with a more aggressive look, obtained with the help of a large rear wing, which is improving the vehicle’s handling by pushing the back to the road at higher speeds, new side skirts, diffuser and slightly modified front and rear bumpers.

Judging from the size and height of spoiler, it's a working one. Thing is, there's not enough HP to pair with....

What a great car for the money. I just drove one today. A great car for people who value handling and balance over sheer horsepower.....

...Well the bottom line is you do get what u pay for. Toyota or any other Motor Co. is not going to let u purchase a little premium car like this, say 250 hp worth for cheap. Good point knowitall1985, great car for the money & 200hp's worth. It's a Toyota, it's not a Hyundai or Kia!

I bet I'll get a response from Agent009 on that one...Hey no offense. Simply put any car co. can copy a Toyota or Lexus but to give u a complete pkg @ that level of quality & engineering is an entirely different matter.

Nice, but I hope people will realize that this car caters to a different crowd from the MB/BMW/Audi/Aston/Porsche/Bentley crowd and stop using the same standards for design. I think if I was a 20 something I would be attracted to this car.

Good point Holydude, because my daughters boyfriend absolutely loves that new GT-86. He often quotes "It's gonna be the top selling Bang for you Buck new car" He's also an enthusiasts who happens to be 25 yrs old and loves the Mitsu Evo. Of course you can see his point. You aint gettin an Evo for nobody's 28K...Not new that is, and it has way more than 200hp....And it wears the Toyota Badge, regardless of the joint effort (Subaru).

One more thing TROLL, dont complain when your girl leaves you for another 20 yr old drivin a new GT-86. Just kidding, have some fun and laugh more (smile).
