Lexus To Move ES Production Stateside?

The entry-level Lexus ES, revamped for the ’13 model year and heavily counted on to boost brand sales and draw first-time buyers, appears a strong contender for North American production, as well.

Toyota has confirmed it is considering sourcing additional Lexus vehicles in the region, but has not said what models are among the leading candidates.

...You're right -1CarSmart1. Bad...because Americans just may jack that beautiful car to hell w/ the likes of GM, Ford, Chrysler etc. Hopefully Mr Toyoda aint havin it!!! That is, he aint lettin mericans come in his production plant w/ that Detroit mentallity or, God help us with who ever the next President is, he'll have to get loan to bail Toyota out of Bankruptcy...
