I took two different routes with my choices.

First, I built out a rear-wheel drive sDrive28i in Valencia Orange and kept it very basic.

Second, I built an xDrive35i with the M Sport kit in Alpine White with the uber cool Coral Red interior.

I wish the diesel is coming over this fall and not early 2013. I would be putting in an order right now for the diesel all-wheel-drive version for an October/November 2012 delivery date here in the US.
