SPIED: FIRST Spy Shots Of Mazda's Next-Gen Mazda 6 - Are You Seeing Any Takeri Concept Influence?
The all-new Mazda 6 has been kept under wraps for a while now but we’ve managed to get our first look at the estate version, which is set to debut at the Moscow Motor Show at the end of August.

The estate variant will debut before the saloon and while the camouflage prevents us from getting a good look at the new Mazda 6, we’ve been told to expect a car that looks identical to the Takeri concept that debuted at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this year

The same large ‘shield grille from that concept and the CX-5 production car will feature on the 6, along with swept-back headlights  and pumped up wheel arches. The sharp, narrow window line of the Takeri has also been carried over.

It looks nice even in camo.

I'm seeing Hyudai's influence, in the way of the arched wheel wells and swooping body creases. They remind me of the previous generation Tiburon. Not that it's bad. Just not my cup of tea.

As long as it doesn't resemble a CX 5, it should do fine. Seriously, the CX 5 pulled an Acura, and an already good looking car like the 6 shouldn't go down that route.
