CONFIRMED: Volkswagen's Next-Gen Golf To Hit The Ground Sooner Than Originally Thought
We already know that the next generation and first truly new Golf since the Mk5 (upon which the current Mk6 is heavily based), will receive its public debut at the forthcoming Paris Motor Show at the end of September.

But now we learn via a report from Autonews Europe that production of the Golf Mk7 will begin at Volkswagen's German manufacturing plants in Wolfsburg and Zwickau in Germany, in early August and that the compact hatchback will roll out to European showrooms in November.

If you are unable to tell the difference between the different generations of Golfs, you are clearly blind. Its not as subtle as a 911... There are very obvious exterior changes...

I don't think Porsche did much with the MQB, they are responsible for MSB. The MQB does bring never before seen commonality.

i c ur point but ur crash survival chances are higher in the VW thought with the latest models it might be starting to equalize as many things in the auto world are doing now.
