2013 Audi RS 5 Reaches Dealers
First revealed at the 2011 Frankfurt Auto Show and originally slated to go on sale in the U.S. by spring of this year, the 2013 Audi RS 5 is a little late to the party but we’re certainly glad it could make it.

Californian dealership Audi San Diego has just posted these photos to its Twitter account and mentioned that the pictured car’s price is “about $78,600 plus fees.”

Audi is yet to confirm pricing of the new RS 5, though given the car’s performance and expected competition the alleged pricing is not completely unreasonable. By comparison, a BMW M3 Coupe starts at $60,100 while the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Coupe will set you back at least $62,305.

Not true, pondo. To match the level of equipment that the Audi offers, the C63 and M3 would get over $80k, NOT including AWD.

The RS models are usually loaded up quite well from the factory in the US, comparable M3 and C63 would have to be optioned up to the max and would be about 5k cheaper or so.
