SPIED: Mercedes-Benz's E-Class Coupe Spotted Undergoing Testing, New Changes Coming SOON
While many within the automotive media panned the 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class when it made its debut as an all-new model, it has been one of Mercedes-Benz's largest volume products. Not to mention it is a damn good product at that.

I guess you can say the same about the new Volkswagen Jetta, which received less-than-stellar praise yet is selling like hotcakes.

Now as we move into the 2013 model year products, however, it is time to give it a bit of a facelift/refresh/whathaveyou. We're not too surprised the E coupe has been spotted sporting some camo as we recently saw images of the E sedan with light changes as well.

The biggest change -- and perhaps the most disappointing -- is that Mercedes-Benz appears to be changing the E's quad-headlight setup in favor of your typical pair of lights.

In the case of the coupe, the front grille with Mercedes-Benz's star will be tweaked and set in a more upright position, while the front bumper will also be redesigned.

At the back, although the rear lights remain unchanged in this prototype, the production model may feature different tail lamp graphics along with a re-sculptured rear bumper.

Some changes may also be made inside and specifically to the dashboard and steering wheel designs to bring the E-Class in line with the newer Mercedes-Benz models.

The primary change to the new model is a new navigation screen, the quad lights remain, I'll post pictures on Tuesday. If I can figure out the system.

Its been reported several times that the E will lose it's quad lights - but they were always talking the 4-door -- will the coupe keep them?

All models keep the lights, Pandora and an updated nav, that's about it.
