DRIVEN: Audi's All-New S7 Gets A Rundown, How Does It Fair Out?
Here at AutoSpies, we've come to adore the Audi A7. We find it to be a stylish and unique looking product that captures your eye from just about every angle.

We dug the vehicle so much we gave it our Best Design & Style award for 2012.

Though power freaks would have largely been disappointed with the standard six-cylinder motor, Audi has upped the ante with its twin-turbocharged V8 that churns out more than 400 ponies. As with other high-end "S" cars, it is tricked out with a series of other performance-oriented upgrades and if you want to see how it all plays out, check out the excerpts from a recent outing it had with another publication below:

What is it?

It’s the Audi S7 which, alongside the Audi S6 and Audi S8, is arriving in the UK as I write. All three share the same base engine: a twin-turbo V8 that replaces the V10 in the old S6 and S8. The ‘7’ doesn’t have a natural predecessor because it’s a new model but, as you’d expect given its architecture, it shares more with the S6 than the S8.

That means the 4.0-litre engine under its nose develops 414bhp and drives through a seven-speed, dual-clutch automatic gearbox in a car that, on the EU’s official set of scales, tips at just over two tonnes. A liberal dousing of interior carbonfibre makes no difference to anything but aesthetics....

Should I buy one?

Maybe. The Audi is a bit of a blunt instrument, fast and un-furious, but it was never going to be anything else. Nor does it pretend to be. We’d always look to recommend something with a superior dynamic repertoire, but heck, if the S7 sounds like your thing, fill your boots.

I saw a person at the Gym with this Audi S7 with the same color, all I can said is it's Not a good looking car. It look really weird from the side, especially the tail or rear end part.

And I seriously doubt that this car can go from 0-62 mph in 4.7 second because it weight in at 2020 kg that around 4,444 lbs. and it only have 414 bhp and 406lb ft of torque. Unless it's all wheel drive or have a launch control like the Nissan GT-R.

The S6 does 0-60 in 3.7 seconds with US style testing. The S7 shouldn't be far behind.
