OK, it is definitely arguable that the best sounding vehicles come from Italy now that the Lexus LFA has adorned us with that glorious V10. BUT, there's only ONE way to know for sure.

Put both of them side-by-side and rev the pants off of them.

In the black trunks, we have the V10-powered and Yamaha-tuned Japanese LFA. In the yellow trunks we've got the Italian stallion, the V12-engined Aventador.

Both have unique notes but at the end of the day we want to know: WHICH would you rather have?

Friendly rev battle between the Lexus LFA & the Lamborghini Aventador at the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix 2012. Which would you choose?

I like them both but the lady in the Lexus LFA need to learn how to rev the engine in the Lexus LFA. I like the Lexus LFA better because it still like a Formula 1 car than the Lambo. I would take either car.

The audio is so bad, it's hard to tell. The LFA sounds faster to spin, but the Lambo seems to be much tighter in terms of on/off throttle response.

Between the two, the Lambo gets the nod. I've heard them both in person and the Lambo definitely has the advantage.

What sucks about this video is that these are two cars just revving their motors in park. The engines are not 'under load' and thus we are not hearing the cars or motors working hard 'which is when you get to hear their true sound.' Both will sound great though, just different tones.

LFA definitely sounds much better, even though the Aventador will eat the LFA alive.

the LFA screams and the Lambo grunts.....If I had my eyes closed, I'd probably choose the LFA.

LFA sounds very unique like a Formula 1 car so my vote goes to LFA.

Who Really Cares about the sound in this category of cars!!! IT'S ABOUT the PERFORMANCE and the LFA isnt close to the LAMBO
