VIDEO: Stephanie Pratt's DUMB Boyfriend Encounters A DUMB Cop - It ALL Goes Downhill From There
I firmly believe in Darwinism -- you know, "survival of the fittest." But when you see something like this, you have to figure that humanity is doomed with an onslaught of stupidity.

So, here's the situation: A guy that's -- seemingly -- dating/with a pseudo star, Stephanie Pratt of MTV's "The Hills," is getting a ticket although he's in a special zone for parking. Note: The hotel placed cones around the vehicle.

A New York City police officer shows up and, predictably, begins writing a ticket as New York loves handing out tickets for ANYTHING.

When the owner/renter shows up, that's where things get a bit...nasty.

We won't blow it for you but we do believe it's a MUST watch...

I was walking around Soho, NYC today when I stumbled upon this Ferrari 458 Spider with a cop writing a ticket next to it. I started to record the situation because I thought it'd make a cool video, little did I know what I was in for. As soon as I started recording the owner of the car appeared and got in it. He slowly started moving since he refused to accept the ticket (the car was parked in a hotels valet zone and the hotel valet had the keys, I myself don't understand why the cop was giving him the ticket, it was approved by the hotel that the car was parked there.) The cop then told him to stop but he proceeded to move forward...

In situations like this people have to learn to be smart, we all know the cop was wrong to issue the ticket, however the idiot who tried to drive should have known the cop was just looking for an opportunity to arrest him and trying to drive away presents multiple opportunities to the cop.

What he should have done is simply ripped up the ticket in front of the cop and thrown the shreds into the car so he can't be charged with littering.

Notice how once he has finished roughing up the vehicle owner the cop suddenly develops a limp ?
How convenient to have an injury which you can claim you sustained from the perp........

I don't know if the cop was just being a prick but if there was a no parking or standing sign (that we can't see from this video), it doesn't matter that parking there was "OK" with the hotel's valet. I do know the kid was a complete idiot for trying to drive away from a NYC cop. Could the cop be capitalizing on an opportunity to make some bucks from a civil suit against this rich douche? Who knows.

Watch closely and you can see the cop intentionally places his legs in a position where he can claim that he was "hit" by the car. When the car begins to creep forward he leans his legs into the car's front left fender to initiate contact with the Ferrari. Next, you can see the cop purposely place his left foot in front of the left front tire. Whether the cop's motivation was an excuse to rough up the driver, trump up "assault" charges against the guy, collect disability money from taxpayers, cash in on a lawsuit, or all of the above, I don't know. Chances are he sustained more injury punching the window than he did from the world's slowest moving Ferrari. A rather pathetic scene.

If the Hotel Valet parked it in a no parking Zone, and the cop writes the ticket, shouldn't the hotel pay the fine?

NY papers report car was in a no standing zone, had no registration sticker, no front license plate. The driver, Julien Chabbott was charged with assault, vehicular assault, obstructing government administration, and disorderly conduct. The cop claims that before the video was recorded, Chabbott ignored orders to stay on the sidewalk and grabbed the ticket book from the cop.

15 minutes of fame and bad decisions may haunt this guy for a long time.

The cop is leaning into the car to signal to the driver not to go any further otherwise you will be in real touble. Face it the driver is a jerk who thinks he is above the rules of society.

Cops = overpaid, underworked, and overly aggressive.

Philly uses meter maids instead of actual officers to write parking tickets so stuff like this doesn't happen here since they don't put themselves in harms way.

A classic scene between a guy who suddenly got money in his pocket thinking he can do anything and no one would tell him nothing, and a hater cop who failed in life and chose the easy way to live life and joined the "force" that's simply the legal gang. If true law existed, both of them should've been punished.
