Lexus Driver Protects Leather Seats By Forcing 11 Year Old To Ride In Trunk?

An Edina woman has been charged with child endangerment after she allegedly had her 11-year-old nephew ride in the trunk of her Lexus so he wouldn't drip water on its leather seats.

According to the criminal complaint, Susan Marie McCarty, 38, was charged after she admitted that she had her nephew get into the trunk because he was damp from going on a water ride at Valleyfair.

On the afternoon of Aug. 23, witnesses in a parking lot at the Shakopee amusement park reported seeing a boy climb into the trunk while two women watched. Witnesses gave police the license number of the car, and after being stopped by officers, McCarty told them the back seat console had been folded down so the boy could get some air.

LexSucks; you are remembered because you are not liked. If a bully comes into the room people take note and do everything in their power to avoid that person; guess what you are that person people want to avoid. So yeah people are taking mental notes of a dick "YOU" that we just don’t want to see, or at least avoid.

You guys are just smarting because I say it like it is about Lexus and its fans. Comparing me to a Bully? Please.

Some of you guys act like children when it comes to Lexus. If stating that fact makes me a "Dick" than so be it. And to be honest... I stopped posting here. This place is dead and filled with clueless retards. I tried to delete my account here but there isn't any way for me to do it. I'll ask the Admins.

Says the man how jacked my screen name to create his screen name. You and your beloved brand are exactly alike. You both like to copy.

And the reason why I haven't banned is because I haven't done anything worth being banned over. Having a negative opinion about Lexota might seem like a bannable offence to you, but the Admins here feel differently.

This is why there's something called "fake leather" (MB-Tex, Vinyl etc.). It looks just as high quality as leather. It feels like leather. And it is more durable and easier to clean than real leather. Many people consciously opt for fake leather for durability and ease of cleaning reasons. But Lexus doesn't offer their customers that choice.

This lady is beyond stupid. Are animals afraid of getting wet because it might damage their "skin"? It's going to take more than a few dribbles.

They should punish this lady by making her drive a Hyundai.

What is she were involved in a wreck? an unrestrained child in a trunk would be thrown around and likely killed. Put her in the trunk and let me drift and powerslide over curbs and speedbumps.

What idiot deboost someone for stating a valid concern? A child in a trunk is NOT restrained, guess what happens if this car is involved in a wreck? how could anyone be so ignorant. Please put your daddys laptop back up before he comes out of the restroom and catches you. You know you are grounded young man.

"What idiot deboost someone for stating a valid concern?"

- Because stating the possibility that someone could be killed in Lexus is blasphemous. You were deboosted by a Lexus Lunatic. And rightfully so :)

Welcome to the land of "It's either someone else's or society's fault, so give me something for nothing".

Toyota should count themselves lucky that she doesn't sue them for not putting labels in the trunk saying "not for children".

You know whats funny is if she did she would probably win millions of dollars. The justice system is geared towards criminals and stupid people. I say take warning labels off of anything that should be common sense and lat nature work things out. Sad when you buy a serpentine belt or auto part and it actually has to tell you not to change the belt while the engine is running. If anyone is that stupid they deserve to get their hands chopped up by trying to change a serpentine belt with the engine running.
