Good one Gnut. They did lose there way. I mean their 1.5L 3 cylinder makes more power than Audi's 2.0T in the A4...where did they go so wrong?

I hate to see this brands doing cheap small cars but business wise, is the best move and Audi and MB will follow them soon.....or BMW will be the one selling more cars...

hyrbrid 3cyl sounds very intriguing

``I listened to the engine sound and I have to tell everyone, It sounds just like my 3-cylinder engine in my Geo Metro.
It's always reminded me of a Porsche 911 flat six, but this BMW is a lil closer to it.
It also sounded like the Daihatsu Charade and Subaru Justy's I test drove when I was cross shopping for my Metro.
Serious, doesn't make anywhere near the same horsepower as the BMW, but the same roarty exhaust sound comes from all the 3-cylinder cars I've been in.
Also, my car only weighs 1700 lbs.

My riding lawnmower has two cylinders. Does that make it 2/3 of a BMW?
I bet a BMW can't cut my lawn nearly as well as my lawnmower does. And it uses less fuel too!
