The quintessential supercar is undoubtedly the Lamborghini Countach. While Lamborghini certainly can argue over the title of who really "invented" the supercar with Mercedes-Benz, we do know one thing: No one does it quite like the raging bull.
The Italian automaker's cars look more like spaceships than anything else.
With the large air intakes for cooling the oil, motor, brakes and whatever else, the sharp edges that make them look angry, and the large wing that accompanies the sportiest models, there's nothing subtle about these vehicles. Their low, wide stance paired up with FAAAT rear tires lets you know that this vehicle was built to hook up with the road.
There's a whole lot of styling and excess that goes into these products. And we love their flagrant attitude. Personally, I think the Diablo 6.0 is a work of art.

There was a time when an art form known as coachbuilding existed. Back then, the coachbuilder did not have to answer to a CFO. Back then, the coach builder did not have to compromise his vision due to government regulations. Back then, the outrageous was possible. The Lamborghini Countach could only have been born then.
