NEW YORK AUTO SHOW: Official 2014 Range Rover Sport Shots Leak Out Only Hours Before Debut

The new Range Rover Sport 2014 will be revealed on 26 March – the night before it makes its public debut at the New York Motor Show. We will update this article regularly with release date, price and engines and specs and any Range Rover Sport rumours as they become available.

Pictures of the new Range Rover Sport - described by Land Rover as its "fastest, most responsive and most agile vehicle to date" - have already leaked on to the internet, showing that the Sport takes on a design that’s a mix between the latest Range Rover and the Evoque. The headlights, for instance, are very similar to the firm’s flagship model, while the two-bar grille, thick underbody protector and foglight design are all borrowed from the Evoque.

Front end gets a 10. Rear end gets a 5. I sure hope that rear looks better in person because in pics, it's got a puckered look like an old person forgot to put their dentures in their mouth.

Well said cidflekken. I do agree with you. Great job on the front and keeping it looking like the outgoing sport, but the rear end is a big question mark.

Ok, looking at more pics of it, I'm liking it better. The rear is still about a 7 for me but overall it's a really good design. And the interior looks very nice but I'm especially surprised that there is a 3rd row ( or an option for one )
