Will people opting to purchase one of the most boring cars out there care that there is a special edition? Probably not. Obviously they don't care what they drive to begin with.

If they want to improve sales, they should roll out a next generation Corolla that is competitive with its class. The fact of the matter is the current generation is old.

What's the matter -ParadoX? You and your beloved brand feelin that Toyota Heat? Hint: A successful business will do whatever it takes to please it's loyal customer base, new customers leaving other brands and some of the haters such as yourself who become overwhelmed with Toyota's universal broad appeal. I think they'll sell all those special Edition Corolla's just because!
