EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS: You want the new 3-series coupe...the question is what color should you buy?

My choice: titanium silver metalic!

Space Gray looks very nice, but I bet this wil be a VERY popular color seeing that its being used everywhere in the advertisements.

But the Deep Green looks fantastic, a big surprise as I usually dont like green cars.

And that blue.....STUNNING !!!

Safe to say this car looks good in almost every shade.

I Think BMW got it very wrong with this car.
The B Pillar should be a thing of the past like in the CLK
In that one aspect the CLK's Side View is miles better than the 335's
Also with the B Pillar gone the rear windows will be able to wind down like the CLK, CL.

I'll pass on this one. Today's 3 still handles very well, but it lacks some expected functions, like dual climate control. I still can't get used to the sharp and deep Tiburon-inspired side panel crease, nor have I warmed to the swoopy Asian-style headlights.

To BMW's credit, they did abandon the goofy/busy tail lights from the original 3-series sedan.

For tremendous handling, you get a BMW.
For classic styling and presence, you get a Mercedes.
And to avoid visits to your mechanic, you get a Lexus.
It's a shame that there isn't a vehicle that delivers all three, in one.

Um who really cares, it first of all a Euro peice of crap and why in Gods name would you want to have others pick the color of your car? Its yours and you have to live with it so man up and pick!

I was hoping for a yellow color choice - I love Lamborghini's yellow.

My god, who cares if everyone has a BMW (for Toyota fans that is actually a plus) and what people think if you drive one? The car is not a status symbol, it is not a decoration or a museum piece, it is a machine. It is meant to be driven, it is meant to get you places safely and in comfort, and it is meant to leave a big smile on your face. If you can't appreciate it, go drive a Toyota.

hmmm tough one...Lets see Jaguar, Mercedez, Corvette. Now what beats a 3 series, another tough one, GT500, Aston Martin,Z06, Viper. Imports that are better...Hmmm
EVO, 08 skyline (gt-r), lexus, infiniti g35. Probably missed a couple.
There are better luxury cars, there are faster sports sedans, There are faster school busses. Don't get me started on trim and options! "leather" seats, Oh you wanted all leather, thats an option. Plastic wood trim, plastic aluminum trim. Run flat tires that suck.
you can get 20k worth of options that come standard on just about every car in the class. My z06 came with one option (license plate frame) Full leather seats. Real aluminum trim, Actual runflats that didn't wear out in 12k miles. Oh and fyi I have a '06 3 series that I am returning to the dealer on monday (I love the lemon law) 3 sets of "sensors" failed within a few months of owning the car and 11,200 miles until the tires needed replacing. The pirelli Pzeros don't go that fast(unless you like tire smoke)

Oh and my friend Manny is returning his too since all the gage cluster/bluetooth phone, and traction control is all screwed up. I was die hard for audi and BMW now amazingly I like domestic and asian. Domestics (Ford, etc) You know they will go wrong at some point, so your not too upset when they do and you can buy a new one for what it costs to fix that german crap.

Asian imports are awesome for VALUE, they aren't as fast (stock) as the europeans. Or as luxurious, But they cost a hell of a lot less and are more fun to drive when you get the right one.

america doesn't have anything to compete, and i wouldn't compare a corvette or a viper to a 3 series.

Ummm, Merc is partnered with chrysler and american versions are mostly made in america(to save tarriffs) Jag/Aston is owned by ford (along with volvo range rover and quite a few others) Hell a lot of hondas/acuras/toyotas/lexuses are made in america (for the american market(to avoid said tarriffs)
I would compare several american cars to BMW. Though perhaps you are right a corvette is way better than a 3 series. How about a GTO, Less money, more performance. Actually comes with FULL leather seats big trunk, no stupid plastic "wood" trim. Or how about
the Chrysler 300c SRT-8 More than faster, better nicer interior. Cheaper to fix (by a whole lot)
