First manual 335i dyno numbers and chart

The manual 335i coupe did 0-60mph in 5.1 seconds, and covered the quarter-mile in 13.6 seconds at 104mph. Those numbers are almost identical to the IS350's that Car and Driver tested last year:

Wow this BMW 335i twinturbo did from 0-60 in 5.1 second that as fast as the Lexus IS350. Wonder what the new MB C-class coming out with? I still think the last generation BMW look more aggressive.

That is a bit slower than I expected the hype. Automobile isn't really known for flying time, Car and Driver might cut that by a tenth or so.

All it might have been a bit slower, maybe a 5.2-5.3 instead of 5.1? hmmmm...I still think the Lexus IS 350 look more sporty and aggressive.

Nice performance numbers... for 300 hp, thats not bad at all.

by the way, who won the car and driver test? Just wondering... I saw that Lexus was #2.

The Lexus IS350 looks okay and it's fast. But trust me The IS350 will not even come close to the 335i in performance. The 335i 3.0 liter turbo engine is on par with a V8 engine in regards of performance. It's just off the pace of the current M3 NA I6. The next generation M3 V8 engine will be on par with a V10 engine performance.
