Mercedes-Benz GLA Images Revealed Ahead of Auto Shanghai

We are kicking things off with a first look at a sketch directly from Mercedes of their 2014 Mercedes-Benz GLA. The compact Mercedes-Benz off-road GLA will premiere at the Shanghai Auto Show this Saturday and will surely steal the show.

The new Mercedes GLA will ride on the new front-wheel drive platform from Mercedes’ that also underpins the A-Class, B-Class, and CLA-Class. The small Mercedes crossover will offer gas and diesel engines and all-wheel drive . The base GLA model will more than likely be the same 2.0-liter four-cylinder found in the base CLA, rated at 208 hp.

MB has a habit of producing great concept SUV designs that get neutered when they make it into production. The ML is a prime example.

I won't buy one, but it makes it into production looking like this, it should sell well.
