My advice (if you are one of these people):
Buy a Toyota(especially the Corolla) if reliability is the only thing that you look for. Even with the recalls Toyota's are the most reliable.

Take another look at the figures, it says per 100 vehicles Audi has about 100 more issues than Lexus. Audi average is about 250 issues per 100 vehicles. Now if you are the lucky one and a get a trouble-free vehicle that means somewhere out there is a poor fool whose Audi has five issues!

those are issues though, not problems.
bad fuel economy may be an issue, expensive tyres too, cupholders, long trip to the dealer, the rain sensing wipers are too sensitive, anything.
and 250 issues per 100 is only 2.5 issues per car.
that sounds pretty good.
