This is a good strategic move for Audi. As it increases its product portfolio, Audi will be faced with the challenge of bringing more of its models to the U.S. and other markets in the Americas. By having a factory in Mexico to produce the high-volume Q5 among other models, Audi will save greatly on import and labor costs.
