You just slide it up. It's R-N-D and to the left is the sport mode i believe. To the left is where you can upshift or downshift. Reminds me of the smg tranny.

why replace the shifter that you can just hold onto? It is great to take a good tiptronic and shift
sometimes I want to put my hand somewere more then my lap
