Toyota Racing Development Releases Performance Parts For New Lexus IS

After Lexus revealed the all-new IS at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show, we thought tuners would be out in force working on aftermarket packages for the third-gen sports sedan. Yet, it’s taken until now for us to see some upgrades for the 2014 Lexus IS with a selection of aero parts and chassis enhancements coming courtesy of Toyota Racing Development (TRD).

The Japanese performance division’s body parts for the new IS includes a front spoiler made up of two parts that bookend the grille, a rear trunk lid spoiler, stylish side sills, a chunky rear diffuser and sports muffler.

So Toyota is basically showing the world what the next IS-F will look like.

$14k(estimate) is a little much for a body kit, muffler and some upgraded suspension pieces.
