SPIED: MOST Detailed Spy Pics Of The All-New MINI Cooper's Interior
Following the path of the very iconic Porsche 911 is the MINI Cooper. Since its rerelease back in the early 2000s, it has grown slightly larger and has slightly been modified over the years to make it incrementally better.

Given that the Cooper is single handedly responsible for making small cars with luxury accoutrements popular, it is a critical vehicle to keep an eye on.

Now it's up for an all-new update and we're expecting it to, yet again, get a bit better. If it doesn't, MINI's market share will get gobbled up by the slew of new competitors.

Onto the spy photos. The latest set coming from Germany are easily the best pictures yet. They detail the cabin more than anyone else has previously. These shots are particularly up close showing details like the instrument cluster, center stack, new infotainment display and a BMW steering wheel. I think it'd be a safe bet to assume it is using a BMW steering rack.

I loved my Mini Cooper S, but the interior was goofy as hell. From the looks of things, nothing has changed.

There has been some rearranging and switchgear changes. In addition, the infotainment display is — seemingly — larger...

I totally agree, I hated the interior. Even ordered the navigation system to get rid of the dinner plate speedometer...in this build you'd get a speed pod joining the tach pod over the wheel. To my point - I've heard this redesign does away with the center speedo. Finally!

I think it looks like a nice improvement over the last generation. I would like to see more leading edge technology as this is BMW's baby after all. Let's step up the premium standard offerings and not be late to the game with finally adding bluetooth as standard in 2013, seriously?

Wow hope they do not use that steering wheel. It is right out of the BMW corporate parts bin and is the ugliest one they have...

Thing is what do you think a Mini is these days. It is a FWD BMW. This looks like the corporate BIN is being raided. Of course we will get a better picture when the camoflouge is off. However the sideview looks a little dumpy in my opinion. My 06 Coopper S that I recently traded in for a 2013 Fiat Abarth had a crisper look to it. Not that there is anything wrong with a BMW. However at the prices Mini is going to charge with options you might as well look at a BMW 1 series.
