Audi Planning To Answer The 3-Series GT With One Of It's Own?

Earlier this year BMW has unveiled the 3 Series GT, the five-door Gran Turismo based on the 3 Series Touring platform that comes to conquer a new niche market.

This third body variant of the current 3 Series model family unites the sporty-dynamic genes of the Sedan with the practicality and versatility of the Touring, along with enhanced space and ride comfort. Front and rear passengers all benefit from a seating position raised by 59 millimeters.

do your homework. Audi already does, the A5 sportback which is so much nicer looking, basically a 5 door A5 and make it an S or RS and bring it across - at least to Canada where we aren't freaked out by hatchbacks like they are in the US. This new 3 series GT is a joke once again, although not nearly as bad as the 5 series GT ( really big joke )

so Audi was ahead of this as they have had the A5 sportback out for like 4 years now.

Ditto. You are correct sir. In the US market though the only
Audi we have to cross shop would maybe be the A4 Allroad. Maybe one day
They will bring the S5 sportback stateside.
