Remember, the people who buy a Government Motors vehicle are half brain dead and don't even recognize any defects in their cars. They also neglect to report the defect to the dealer. Additionally, they improperly complete the J.D. Powers questionnaire that arrives with an obama buck attached to it. Totally specious J.D. Powers results.
