Ford Fiesta BEATS Toyota GT86 On Track? WHAT?
UK's EVO magazine was out on the track again, this time testing the Ford Fiesta against the Toyota GT86. Seems like an unfair fight from the beginning doesn't it?

Well once on the track, something interesting happens. The fiesta WINS!

Check out the video for yourself!

Replace those Prius tires with a real set of the same size and the FRS wins hands down.

The Fiesta is a well judged little car. Well done Ford! If you have to make compromises in the car you buy this is not a bad one. Nice utilitarian hatchback design, 4 doors, fun to drive....

Good for Ford for making a good little straightaway car, but seeing it in those corners (tire lifting and steering wobble) does not make me want to get in one.

Granted the Toyota had crap tires, it looked confident drifting around the corners. Guy says and I agree, its more fun.

I'd get neither as they're pretty impractical. If I were to choose an impractical car though, give me the Subaru STi.

How are the STi's impratical? My buddy has a 4door. Room for four adults, big trunk, semi-decent fuel milage.

The last gen STi's were nice looking, too compact on the inside but super fast, therefore impractical (along with really bad mileage). The new ones look too bloated like most cars and on the hatch, it really isn't that spacious.
