Chris Brown Making Headlines Again — Facing Possible Jail Time

Well, I guess with Los Angeles' resident douchebag it was only a matter of time. According to reports, singer Chris Brown is being charged with a hit and run that happened in May.

Brown was driving a vehicle that rear ended another car and now the LA city attorney filed hit and run charges and driving without a license.

Brown vehemently denies that this ever happened and that the person he crashed into is only seeking a payday as both cars did not have damage.

For the singer this matter gets complicated when you enter into the picture some issues still relevant from the bruisin' he gave Rihanna. That's because he, predictably, violated his probation. Theoretically the prosecutor could ask for Brown's probation to be revoked and send him to jail; however, at this point it appears she's just asking the judge to restart his community service under the LAPD.
