MG to bring 5 new models to the USA

Whether or not a MINI-like buzz can be built around another small sports car in a market segment that is becoming increasingly crowded remains to be seen. Aside from its post-war heritage, MG's products would seem to have few unique attributes, unlike BMW's distinctive MINI.

This is very interesting. I just hope the quality will be up to par. In Europe the Rovers were, well, not very well built to say the least. And they were old designs....even the Rover 75 is now long in the tooth, (the one BMW designed before they dumped off Rover Group)Now if the cards are played right, I believe they could have a hit like the MINIs success. MGs have always had a very good following here in the US.

WHo would've thought, a Chinese auto maker will be producing the new MGs. At least it can't be any more unreliable than the British made ones!

doesn't stop it being true though.
land rover never was a paragon of reliability, the only thing worse than it here is the french and the italians.
