BMW X4 Caught In Production Trim - Evolution, Revolution Or More Of The Same Old Stuff?

The BMW X4 has been spotted on public roads, in full-production trim, for the first time since the Concept X4 was revealed at the Shanghai Motor Show in April. And despite the mass of swirly camouflage it's clear BMW hasn't strayed too far from the look of the concept.

Just visible through the stickers are the two distinctive, downturned creases from the concept - one over the rear wheelarch, and the other bisecting the new production-ready door handles. I hope it's just the way the pictures are presented because it looks really out of proportion - like an egg on wheels...fail

It looks rather larger for an X4. If it is indeed the future BMW X4, it appears to be another hideous design from BMW and might be a sales disaster if they price it out of line like they did with the all-new X5.

I do not understand why BMW is doing so horrible designs lately (M6GT excluded, I saw that boat on the streets and looks imposing) but all those X models X6, X4 5GT and 3GT are horrible and will be a Sales disaster. They hide the fail putting together the Sales of 5GT with all 5 series and will do the same with the 3GT. X6 is a fail. How long till the end that production model?...
