VIDEO: Has ANY Car Ever Made YOU Feel This Good? IF So, WHAT Car?
If there's one thing I like about these automotive videos, it's the fact it brings back so many of my very own great memories behind the wheel. Between all the press cars that have shown me some particularly amazing things to my very own set of wheels over the years.

I am pretty sure I won't miss the 2000 Honda Civic EX I used to drive. It definitely didn't make me feel like an "emperor," as our friend Pierantonio Micciarelli does when driving his Fiat 2300 S Coupe.

But when I drove the Aston Martin V8 Vantage, well, that was an other worldly experience.

That said, I want to know. Is there ANY vehicle you've driven that made you FEEL this good? Made you FEEL important?

Let us know in the comments below...

There might be no better way of describing the owning of a vintage car than as an island in an ocean of technology. For Pierantonio Micciarelli of Milan, Italy, this island comes in the form of a Fiat 2300 S Coupe. With so many rules and regulations to owning a vintage car in Italy, owning a car like this isn't just a means of transportation but a dedication to style, craftsmanship, and commitment. In a world of technology, this leaves Pierantonio, and many of us who choose the vintage car lifestyle, suspended in time.

Probably the only car video on the internet that's ever moved me.

As our readers I can assure you that this is the passion and love we hold in our hearts as we try to deliver our thoughts to you.

We are true automotive romantics at AutoSpies.com.

I would love to be able to raise the money for him to have his dream come true of having the car shipped here.

Hats off paisano!

I think you can say this about most Italian cars(not all but most). There is a quality to them that you do not get in any other car.On the older cars (when they are running right)you get to appreciate the sound and smell of of them. Typically the engine dominates the experience. after that is the design both inside and out. The Fiat 500 Abarth has this feeling about it as well. It is not about the ultimate skid pad numbers or what it will do from 0-60. Rather it's about the experience and the character of the car while you are driving it. It's about the styling as well. That's what people who swear by Japanese, Korean and American cars don't get. When you drive an lower Italian car, especially the older ones there is still that Ferrari or Maserati DNA that exists within them.

Well, I loved the video and what a lovely car Pierantonio has! I understand him perfectly well, being the happy owner of my dream car, a 2008 V8 VW Phaeton. Whenever I see her i am thrilled, when I sit in her and drive her i am full of joy, and when i walk away I look back with pleasure. If you look at the VW Vortex Phaeton forum you will find others like me. The critics were completely wrong about this car when they said it looked bland and was over priced. Recently i was in Paris, negotiating the dreaded 'periph' and another Phaeton passed me in tunnel, like a dark wet otter in its smooth lines and fabulous rear lights like a Ferrari. The Phaeton is the car personally designed by one of the greatest engineers who has ever lived, Ferdinand Piƫch of VAG, related to the famed Porsche family and a maniac for getting everything right, from the ac unit to the shut lines. There are 10 patents on the car and the seats won awards from the German orthopaedic association. It is the basis car for the Bentley Continental, but it does not 'shout' richness. Utter luxury and understated chic with so much more soul than any Mercedes or BMW. Away stupid badge snobbery, this is a car that truly brings joy even if it hides its secret rather well! I am in love.

My '89 Porsche Carrera. The sound, smell and feel are powerful and unique--and cannot be duplicated by modern cars. I've driven the 991 and new Cayman S, and they are astonishingly good cars, but I can't let go of my old 911 to pull the trigger on either car. Maybe someday, but for now I am completely enamored with my air-cooled Carrera.
