Logical- and Audi can not make the car fast enough
AND U HAVE NEVER DRIVEN ONE
This is one ofthe best cars out there
If it is so nose heavy then why does it kick but on the M3 and even beat the M5 around the track?

I drove an RS4. Holy g-force. and the sound is oh so unreal. and its easy to maneuver. I have not felt this way about a car since I had my first ride (not drive)in a 928S. I am looking under every mattress in my house!

I drove one a few months ago at an Audi event in NY, and the car was very very impressive. The acceleration was suberb, and the brakes were excellent. It was very easy to hustle around and didn't feel nose heavy. (might have something to do with the 40/60 front/rear power distribution). The exhaust note is really something you need to hear first hand to understand. Its simply intoxicating when revved. Like most V8 Audis, they're quiet on idle, but growl when pushed except that this is much louder and sounds more delicious. There's a sports button that opens up the exhaust for even more music if desired, and quickens the throttle response. When pushed there's no mistaking that this is a very serious sports car. If you haven't seen this Jacky & Vanina Ickx Video, take a look as it may give you a sense of what it sounds like, but make sure your PC volume is turned up and the Bass is at the max!! An excellent car, but then again I expect no less from Audi!

Gert123456 and Efoxs4, you're both right.. They're smooth, numb and lifeless. Basically, like a shot of Novocane directly into the Brain..
Efoxs4, modified exhausts will generally sound louder, but they tend to attract a lot of attention and its always tricky to determine exactly how they will sound on your car.. If there's one specially made for your S4, it may be worth checking out. Otherwise, how about trading it in for an RS4?
