Hellcat Caught In The Wild - Does The World Need Another 600HP American Pony Car?

The 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT8, tipped to receive a new 600-plus bhp supercharged 6.2-litre HEMI V8 engine, has been spotted testing in America.

The car, nicknamed 'Hellcat' is Chrysler's answer to the high-performance Ford Mustang GT500 and Chevrolet Camaro Z/38 muscle cars. Several prototypes of the car were caught on camera testing in Death Valley.

Yes, the world soes need this 600 hp American Muscle Car. If this was a German car, you would not even be asking this question but you would be wet in your pants. Stop the German bias already.

It needs 600hp because it is so heavy. Maybe now it can keep up or beat a Mustang 5.0. Sounds like it could be a winner.
