That is a real race car, it will race in the ALMS this year, it will compete with the BMW M3, Porsche 911 RSR, Panoz Esparante GLTM, Ferrari 430 GT Berlinetta.

when is it going to start? there's only 2 races left? Lexus, late as always...

Probably at Petit, I think originally they wanted to race as early as Houston, the second race of the year. However each race the Lexus just didn't show up. It should be there for the last two.

There is nothing wrong with the car, it is built for racing, those are "required" modifications. BTW, those are some low quality pics.
