This Kia look like it copy it side and 3/4 design from the last generation Lexus GS300/430/450/GS Hybrid model. Let what else? A Maserati front grill, BMW 7-Series headlight and the square light inside the headlights remind of the one in Porsche. Man they definitely need to come up with their own designs instead of just copying and pasting other design cue from other automakers.
