Good for Ford. They took advantage of a "loophole" in the EPA testing and publicizing procedure and got called out (thank you Consumer Report) but this kind of mea culpa really help their long term reputation. It's still a very practical car, with really good fuel economy (high 30mpg combined) and cost less than $30K.
