RENDERED SPECULATION: Is THIS Image A PREVIEW The Upcoming PRODUCTION Lexus NX?
One of our favorite automotive websites posted a particularly interesting image today. As we're waiting for Lexus to roll out it's all-new compact sport-utility vehicle to go up against the Germans, finally, it seems as though there may have been a ray of light.

That, my friends, would be the rumored NX in production trim.

Seen here for the first time via BurlappCars this image is suppose to preview the cute ute. Not so sure about the cute part yet, though.

From what I can see, this could be a Photoshop though so don't get too eager. BUT, we wanted to bring it to our well-trained Spies to get their feedback. So, weigh in below...

**Note: we've enhanced this image to the best of our capabilities.

This was sent to me. Supposed to be the production version of the horrific NX Concept car they showed a few weeks ago.

Lexus has been testing a compact SUV for a while now.

Front looks OK, back looks a lot like the CT and as with all of these socalled cute-utes, there doesn't appear to be much 'ute' at all.

You'd be better off betting a wagon that eats less gas and gives you the same, if not more, utility and probably at a lower price.

I see Lexus is keeping their partnership with Nike (sarcasm). Seriously Lexus, get rid of or change that god awful LED fish hooks before you spread it across your entire line up.

This is RX, not NX as some idiot suggested.

I guess you see the big, fat "NX" at the top of the pic?

This isn't horrible, but it isn't pretty either.

Lexus is now even copying Nike with their day time LEDs.

I'm not a fan of LEDs as most companies were just using the Walmart straight line but atleast this looks different (like it or hate it) but if you look at the LFA concept's headlights, the so-called Nike design is actually just a play on the LFA's headlight assembly.
