Awesome Audi RS4 Video

RS4 is such a sweet sounding car. But for mid-90,000 Canadian in price i much rather spend it on something else.

And another wonderful and exhilarating comment by logical on his continued hatred for anything Audi. I am amazed that someone with a passion for only one type of car or brand of car is so blinded that he or she cannot see the “possible” beauty in the design of another car.

No thought-out insight into his or her opinions, just cold, stone, short worded jabs.

No option to maybe say a part of the car is striking, or rather does something that might be equal to his or her obsession.

So thus the rest of us are left shaking our heads into the possible events and or reasons that left him or her so hateful of a car company and everything associated with that car company.

rs4 vs m5, is this a fair comparasion? who wins?

There is about 20k price difference. On the track/backroads the RS4 is quicker. On straightline/drag the M5 is slightly quicker. The M5 has more space.

amazing car, but would prefer the m5. problem with rs4= looks too much like an a4 and people who don't know about cars won't know what a good car it is.

Actually, you are dead wrong. You obviously haven't seen one in real life, because with the aggressive front end, widened track with bulging arches, and numerous other changes, the RS4 looks completely different to an A4. Pictures on the Internet don't give the whole picture.

To prove my point, recently I was at a jet-sprinting event and a RS4 in gunmetal grey was parked in a paddock. The amount of attention and admiration it received was incredible, taking the limelight away from the jet-sprinting. Of course everyone wanted to see what was under the hood, too.

A regular A4 wouldn't cause much of a stir, but the RS4 is a completely different animal. Aggressive, wide and evil.

But you are right.
I find it a hoot that over here you can (and people regularly do because ive seen more than a few) buy a 520d M Sport which from about 40 yards looks identical to an M5.
Then go on to kit it out with:
M5 Style "Side Bolster Front Seats"

I tell you, you have to see one of these things pull up behind you on the Motorway, You hurry to get out of its way thinking its a 550 or at least a 535d M Sport and instead its a 2.0L diesel.

You can never mistake an S-Line with an RS, the RS stance is Much Broader and the Nose & Rear are Unlike any other A4 sold. Even the S4 looks different from the RS

the 4.4/4.8 v8 weighs about 150 kg more than the 3.0, ruins the weight distribution.

ah well, you can have an opinion,
i know it keeps coming up, but that is the view only in america.
rest of the world audi is up there with benz and bimmer.

50/50 doesn't make neccesarily make great handling.
911 proves that, as does the lexus gs (50/50 split), and the classic lwb range rover. (also 50/50)
