What do you expect from a car that can take on cars twice it's price and win. It's the best luxury sedan in the world bar none.

If they hate than let them hate and watch the money pile up. That was probably one of the best lyrics I've head in a rap song by the idiot Kanye West. But it's the truth. Mercedes gets the most hate of all the german establishments especially on this site. But the truth is Mercedes tend to do well in all areas of motoring. Just look at the sales in the USA ex. current c-class on it's last leg still selling right below the brand new 3 series. The e class oldest in it's seg. outsells the 5 and a6. The S... Well just read the title of the article. The cla hated (even though motortrend seemed to like it) wasn't out for 2 weeks and sold more than 1000 units each week. They must be doing something right.

First the CLA, now the S-Class, and soon the GLA. Mercedes is on fire. Kudos to them.

The new S Class is the real deal. It feels like Mercedes will keep at least one car that really is, "the best or nothing". The 7 Series had them for a while then the 7er went through their ugly years while MB decontented but now the Benz is making the car the competition will be chasing. Let's hope the next C Class follows in line.

I'm feeling that the next C-Class will become a class leader. As risky and ballsy as that is to say, Mercedes is undoubtedly going balls-out with their product offerings. Yes, the CLA has been getting mixed reviews, but it's already selling amazingly well. The S-Class just laid down the gauntlet to the industry. The outgoing C-Class has been proving competitive with its direct competition, but has fallen just a bit short in some categories, especially the C250 and its engine performance. If the recent shots of the C-Class' new interior is any indication of just how much Mercedes means business, then they will have another great product on their hands.
