Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson Dishes On His Top 100 Car Picks For 2013 — Notice ANY Surprises?
One of the world's most well-know automotive critics is Jeremy Clarkson. Loved for his quick wit, unrelated car banter and hated for his love of sometimes terrible British cars, Clarkson is a unique treasure to grace the U.K.

One of his homestays is The Sunday Times. And as we're now well into Q4 here, it's time to start wrapping up this year's best vehicles.

Clarkson made his Top 100 picks spanning the following categories:

- City cars
- Executive & luxury
- Hot hatches & coupes
- Sports cars & convertibles
- Superminis
- Electric cars & hybrids
- Family & estate cars
- MPVs/People carriers
- Supercars
- 4x4s and SUVs

Though I won't giveaway some of his more interesting picks, I will say that I was surprised by a couple of the categories winners.

That said, take a peek yourself and weigh in below. Do YOU see anything you don't agree with?

Definitely some interesting choices. A bit surprised how often BMW and Mercedes appeared, and how few Audis, especially the A8.

every time I see that photo of Jeremy Clarkson I can't help wondering how many bugs he ate while testing that car. It looks like he took one right in the middle of his lower teeth. But then again he's British.

My summary mental picture of JC is actually that of James May yelling "Clarksooooon!" after sabotaging his car in any of their road trips.

Considering that I think JC's picks are quite reasonable and pretty much on the mark.

Jeremy Clarkson is a bit of an ass on Top Gear, which is probably why I enjoy watching it so much (though I wish they would stop faking test results, which – if it happens once – is more than enough.
