Can They Deliver? Honda Promising Ferrari 458 Italia Performance For New NSX

One of the hardest challenges facing the Honda NSX development team is communicating the car’s capabilities, says development chief Ted Klaus.

“The NSX has never been about a set of figures on a piece of paper,” he said. “As with the original, the eventual power figure won’t grab headlines, for instance, but the qualities that you can’t write down, such as driver involvement and pleasure, are the ones that will matter.

"As engineers, we like numbers, but I’m acutely aware that if we build this car against a set of criteria that has been written down, we will lose our sense of focus.”

Fix the goofy-looking face, tail, and wheels -- make it looks gorgeous -- and consumers will be happy with "solid" numbers, without the need to bust Ferrari's balls.

this nsx is just awesome, they dont need to fix anything, i saw it at the ny auto show, its gorgeous ! if they can keep it under 100k they have a winner...
