Kia Officially Announces Soul EV Specs, Arrival Date

Kia has officially announced it plans to bring the Soul EV to the U.S. market in the second half of 2014. The carmaker's first zero-emission vehicle will have a 109-horsepower electric motor and a driving range of 120 miles.
